Shares of power-plant operators fell after the Federal Reserve's January meeting minutes caused a rise in Treasury yields. Higher yields could mean a rotation out of utilities by fixed-income investors tempted back into the bond market. Xcel named a new president of its utilities unit and boosted its dividend.
